I had a mixed experience at Hotel Dix. The location in El Poblado was fantastic, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. However, I found the noise levels quite disruptive, especially during my first night. The service was friendly, but a few hiccups with communication and room issues led to some frustrations.
